Extract from 'Electric Lines'

Benjamin Franklin threw a line,
a kite of silk-scarf, up
into the catching wind
to the crack of lightening
sending an electrical charge along his string.
In his Kite Experiment his hypothesis proved
the science of an electrical universe,
one that we can tap-in to.
